Photo Date: On 27 August 2012 Credit: Curtis Farley Date Uploaded: 10 September 2012 Airframe: Stearman-Boeing N2S-3 Kaydet, s/n 07706 USN, c/n 75-7310, c/r N43ST Notes: This aircraft started its restoration in 1992 and is now ready to fly. Its test flight occurred on this date. The aircraft has many new features: complete radio, transponder and intercom, landing lights, 9 cylinder CHT, EGT, Carb temp, and panels inside that make it look like an airliner to contain all. It is powered by a zeroed timed Lycoming R-680, 300 HP radial. It also has a full smoke system. Everything is new on this bird.
