This ex-American Airlines DC-7B was one of the regulars and operated with Internord 1965-69 after which it served with the Red Cross until scrapped in 1973. It was based with the RCAF in Europe 1955-1970 then allotted CF-BKR in Jan/72 but by Dec/72 it was off the CCAR with no foreign registration or accident data found. Transair acquired this DC-7C from Northwest Airlines in 1965 and here it is still in basic NWA livery. Later they repainted it in the red/gold scheme which I saw when I moved to Winnipeg.
