    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number DEN7LFTE11: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 19:25 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Stapleton International Airport, Denver, CO. The flight departed from Denver, CO, with the destination Souix Falls, SC. Ground looped or water swerved during the takeoff run. The gear collapsed during the takeoff run. The factors included; the landing gear breaking system, excessive wear and play and overload failure...

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Swansboro Airport Placerville, CA, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The airplane exited the runway and subsequently struck a tree during the landing roll at an uncontrolled airport. Examination of the wreckage disclosed that the left brake was intact and operated normally. The right brake line severed during the impact sequence, but the brake housing appeared normal...

    There was one minor injury. The accident occurred at the Jacqueline Cochran Regional Airport (KTRM) Palm Springs, CA, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The commercial pilot reported that he was landing the tailwheel-equipped airplane on a dry, hard-surfaced runway. He stated that during the landing rollout, as he was transitioning his feet from the bottom of the rudder pedals to the top, he applied too much brake pressure and the airplane nosed over...
