Incident occurred at the Stanfield Strip Airport, Stanfield, AZ. This was a local flight from Stanfield, AZ. Collided with an object on touch down. Report remarks include: Hit man walking down rwy, same direction as landing acft. Victim lived in area approximately 19YRS.
