    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. There were eight fatalities. There were 16,428 hours on the airframe at the time. The domestic scheduled passenger flight departed Triumph Bay, BC, Canada and was destined for Campbell River Airport, BC (YBL/CYBL), Canada. The accident occurred at 13 km (8. 1 mls) NW of Campbell River, BC (Canada) while on approach. Narrative: Approaching Campbell River, the pilot requested and received a special visual flight rules (SVFR) clearance to enter the Campbell River control zone...
