    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number CHI68F0376: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 24:20 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Greater Cincinati Airport, Erlanger, KY. Landed wheels up on touch down. The emergency circumstances included; precautionary landing on airport. Report remarks include: Pilot had indications of previous elec trouble. Cranked gear up instead of down. Failure of left battry.
