    Redesignated as CH-47A.

    Transferred to 49th Aviation Company (Army National Guard), Stockton, CA.
    Delta Schooners.

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the United States Army.

    Ferry flight. Delivered to United States Army Aviation Museum, Fort Rucker, Enterprise, AL.
    Flown from Stockton, CA.
