    Summary: The airframe was written off. There were three fatalities. The cargo flight departed Gander Airport, NF (YQX/CYQX), Canada and was destined for Cartwright Airport, NF (YRF/CYCA), Canada. The accident occurred at Sandwich Bay, NF (Canada) while landing. Narrative: The Catalina departed Gander, NF, Canada at 13:17 hours on a chartered cargo flight to Cartwright, Labrador. The aircraft was seen approaching to land in Sandwich Bay near Cartwright Harbour with the main undercarriage extended...
