    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. There were two fatalities. This was a cargo flight. The accident occurred at Kikwangala (Congo (Democratic Republic)) while on approach. Narrative: The AMI DC-3T, a turboprop conversion of the DC-3, was damaged beyond repair in an accident. Both pilots are said to have died in the accident. Reportedly the airplane stalled and crashed while on final approach. The airplane also had clipped wings with square wing tips. This was a conversion that was not accomplished on all DC-3Ts...
