    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number NYC67D0446: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 15:30 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Caldwell-wright Airport, Fairfield, NJ. The aircraft nosed over while pushing back. The factors included; the landing gear breaking system and erratic. Report remarks include: Pilot stated brakes were overly sensitive. Had previously taxied in water and slush.
