    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. There were two fatalities. There were 20,284 hours on the airframe at the time. The cargo flight departed Big Trout Airport, ON (YTL/CYTL), Canada and was destined for Pickle Lake Airport, ON (YPL/CYPL), Canada. The accident occurred at 3 km (1. 9 mls) W of Pickle Lake, ON (Canada) while on approach. Narrative: Douglas DC-3C C-FADD was returning to Pickle Lake from Big Trout Lake following delivery of a cargo of fuel. This was the third similar and last operation of the day...
