    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 52-1004.

    From June 1966 to November 1969

    Transferred to 61st Military Airlift Wing, Hickham AFB, HI.
    Periodic detachments to Tachikawa AB, Japan.

    From November 1969 to April 1971

    Transferred to 917th Military Airlift Group, Barksdale AFB, LA.

    April 1971

    Transferred to 911th Military Airlift Group, Pittsburgh, PA.

    13 August 1973

    Transferred to the Military Aircraft Storage and Disposal Center (MASDC) with inventory number CQ334.

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
