    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 44-83690.

    Assigned to 4100th Base Unit, Patterson Field, OH for storage.

    14 November 1945

    Transferred to 4168th Base Unit (Air Material Command), South Plains Field, TX.

    June 1947

    Transferred to 4141st Base Unit (Air Material Command), Pyote Field, TX.

    18 September 1947

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 44-83690.

    By February 1951

    Converted to a DB-17G.

    February 1951

    Flew to Kwajalein (Marshall Islands) in the South Pacific to participate in Operation Greenhouse nuclear testing.

    1956

    Transferred to 3235th Drone Squadron, Missile Test Center, Patrick AFB, FL.

    1956

    Converted to a DB-17P.

    From 1956 to 1959

    Operated as a drone director while testing Nike, Talos, Genie, Bomarc and Sidewinder missiles.

    August 1960

    Withdrawn from use.

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
