    New construction number, 33300, assigned to the airframe.

    To Dakota Management Pty Limited, Gosford, NSW with new c/r VH-UPQ.

    28 May 1945

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army Air Force with s/n 44-76968.

    From 29 May 1945 to 17 December 1968

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Australian Air Force with s/n A65-105.
    Operated under the radio callsigns of VHRFV and later VMLMH.

    From 2 July 1969 to 17 August 1973

    To Department of Supply with new c/r VH-UPQ.
    Whilst in service with the department aircraft was based at Woomera for the rocket Range Support.

    To Connair P/L keeping c/r VH-UPQ.
