    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA78FKQ11: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 17:30 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Aiken Airport, Meridian, MS. This was a local flight from Meridian, MS. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. The gear collapsed on touch down. The factors included; overload failure. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine...
