    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 57-0826.

    Notes: The pic is A/C # 570825, almost certainly a sister ship to 826, newly issued to the 329th FIS at George AFB, CA. The 329th became operational with all new aircraft in 1958 and I arrived as a new pilot in Nov. The pic was made a few months earlier and the pilot was Lt. Plowden. I certainly flew this aircraft and 826.
