    Finished with a green nose band.

    Crashed.
    @ 1853 hrs (Pilot error) - Gasthorpe (6 miles SE from RAF East Wretham), Norfolk - England (52A2324N / 0A5413E) - (Pilot: Capt Carey H Brown Jr) - 1 KIA.

    3 May 1944

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the United States Army Air Force.
    Condemned as salvage from battle damage after a crash in England.

    The identification of this airframe was transferred to a new-build project in 1998.
