    Constructed as a F-16A Block 15C.

    July 1982

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 81-0687.

    From August 1982 to Circa October 1991

    Transferred to USAF Aerial Demonstration Squadron (Thunderbirds).

    January 1986

    In January of 1986 it was discovered that the RH F-2 Longeron in the PDU bay severed in half on this same aircraft while as a Phase Dog on the T-Birds. This was the first cracked longeron ever reported to General Dynamics on any F-16, and later (after two more cracked longerons on other T-Bird aircraft were found) this became one of the main structural enhancements on SLEP/Falcon UP.     Transferred to 425th Fighter Squadron, Luke AFB, AZ.
    Operated with markings: LF
    Loaned to Republic of Singapore Air Force to train pilots.

    January 1996

    Withdrawn from use.
    Experienced structural cracks and was consequently withdrawn from use. (F-16.net).

    Transferred to the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center (AMARC).

    October 1997

    Used as traveling exhibit.

    By January 1998

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
