    6 April 1985

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Ryan Field (RYN) Tucson, AZ, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The student lost control ground looped the aircraft during rollout from the fifth landing while practicing for his before. The CFI reported that the accident might have been prevented had he been more attentive and/or provided better supervision.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Shenandoah Municipal Airport (SDA) Shenandoah, IA, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The airplane nosed over during a landing roll. The pilot reported that he obtained the local Automated Weather Observing System (AWOS) prior to landing. He stated the AWOS reported the winds as being from 150 degrees at 9 knots and then later as being from 140 degrees at 8 knots...
