    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Air Force with s/n 56-3081.

    13 November 1979

    Transferred to the Military Aircraft Storage and Disposal Center (MASDC) with inventory number FE414.

    Converted to a QF-100D.
    Drone 339.

    22 November 1991

    Involved in an incident.
    Damaged beyond repair after crash landing at Tyndall, FL.
