    To Shell-Pertamina with new c/r PK-AKT.

    Notes: PK-AKT Singapore-Paya Lebar, November 1971. Shell Oils Indonesian associate Shell-Pertamina used a fleet of DC-3s, most modified with the Maximiser kit to improve performance, as shown by engine nacelles and undercarriage doors.

    Destroyed in a crash.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. There were two fatalities. The accident occurred at near Wamena (Indonesia) while en route. Narrative: The DC-3 collided with mountain at an altitude of 10. 500 feet.
