    Notes: At Davenport, IA during Quad Cities Air Show. Crashed in the afternoon.

    Crashed.
    There was one fatality. The accident occurred at Davenport, IA, United States. The airframe was destroyed. The accident airplane was one of three airplanes in an airshow performance. After overflying the spectators and while flying away from the flight line, the airplanes executed a a crossover breaka maneuver, at the beginning of which the accident airplane was in the left wing position...
