    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number NYC67A0066: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 12:45 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Wood County Airport, Parkersburg, WV. Collided with a dirt bank while taxiing to takeoff. Report remarks include: Left brake failure. Internal hydraulic leak in pilots left brake master cylinder.
