    Some sources have this A-7D being destroyed in a mid-air collision with an A-7K over Spencer, Iowa on the included date. That information is incorrect, as the A-7D that was destroyed was 70-1050.

    Transferred to the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center (AMARC) with inventory number AE0239.
