    Transferred to 8th Tactical Fighter Wing, Ubon RTAFB, Thailand.

    From 13 June 1967 to 30 June 1967

    Transferred to 6200th Maintenance Wing, Clark AFB, Philippines.
    Depot Maintenance.

    5 July 1967

    Transferred to 8th Tactical Fighter Wing, Ubon RTAFB, Thailand.

    Destroyed in a crash.
    Crashed near Cam Ranh Bay after fuel exhaustion due to problem with radios and navigation equipment while attempting to return to base. Crew ejected and survived.
