    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA71FKD01: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 09:15 hours. The damage was substantial. This was a local flight from Union City, TN. The engine failed or malfunctioned while hovering. Rolled over while performing a power-off autorotative landing. There was complete power loss in the failure of two engines. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land. A fire broke out after impact...

    Notes: Erikson Air Crane were operating this Sikorsky S-64F Skycrane, N6962R, seen here at Jaipur, India. I think this was the first visit of the type

    Notes: N6962R fire-fighting S-64E at Santa Rosa, California, on the morning of 8th November 2018. Coincidentally, the Camp Fire, the deadliest wildfire in California, was starting nearby around the same time. The following day Santa Rosa was enveloped in smoke.
