    Notes: N81235 immediately after restoration from cropduster in late 1977/early 1978. I am sitting in the cockpit and my dad is to my right talking to me over the cockpit combing. IIRC, this was in February so it was pretty cold. Location: Bootheel Flying Service Kennett, MO.

    6 October 1993

    Crashed.
    There were two minor injuries. The accident occurred at St Paul, MN, United States while maneuvering. The damage was substantial. The airplane was being maneuvered over a swampy area on a local flight. A witness described the altitude as exceedingly low. As the pilot was making a left turn, the airplane descended and struck some tall brush with the left wing. The airplane then cartwheeled to a stop.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Zamperini Field Airport (KTOA) Torrance, CA, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The pilot was entering the traffic pattern with the intent to land, when the wind direction shifted and the air traffic controller requested the pilot land on the opposite runway. According to the pilot, when the airplane was on final approach at approximately 20 feet above ground level, it experienced windshear and landed hard on the runway...
