    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW74DPG22: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 11:10 hours. The damage was substantial. The flight departed from W Memphis, AR, with the destination Greenville, SC. The propellar failed while climbing to cruise. The aircraft nosed over on touch down. The factors included; separation in flight, excessive vibration and rough uneven terrain. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land and prop engine vibration...
