    Damaged when the aircrafts Air flask exploded.

    To SAMA, McClellan AFB CA.
    Repair work.

    Transferred to ADWC Tyndall AFB FL.

    From 10 August 1971 to 9 September 1971

    Damaged.
    Damaged after landing and engaged barrier, sheared nose gear. Returned to service on date provided.
