Stalled or mushed while in flight. The factors included; unwarranted low flying. Report remarks include: Remarks- descended btn 2 hills while practicing stall, un to climb ovr rising trrn after recovery. Incident occurred at or near Riverside, CA.

    Crashed.
    There was one serious injury and was one minor injury. The accident occurred at the Palm Springs International Airport (PSP) Palm Springs, CA, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. The airline transport pilot reported that, shortly after takeoff on the local sightseeing flight, the engine experienced a partial loss of power about 400 feet above ground level...
