    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MIA81DLD35: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 08:30 hours. The airframe was destroyed. The flight departed from Sebring, FL, with the destination Unknown/not Reported. The engine failed or malfunctioned while climbing to cruise. Experienced a controlled collision with terrain on touch down. The factors included; came to rest in water, there was a partial loss of power and complete power loss...
