    Damaged.
    This was a Combat incident, for Close Air Support. While in Operations Area this helicopter was in Orbit at 0500 feet and UNK knots. Helicopter took 1 hits from: Small Arms/Automatic Weapons; Gun launched non-explosive ballistic projectiles less than 20 mm in size. (7.62MM)The helicopter was hit in the Windshield. Systems damaged were: STRUCTURE The armor protecting the personnel was effective. The aircraft continued and accomplished all mission objectives. Repaired in theater.

    This was a Combat incident, for Close Air Support While in Target Area this helicopter was Attacking at 0800 feet and 080 knots. Helicopter took 1 hits from: Small Arms/Automatic Weapons; Gun launched non-explosive ballistic projectiles less than 20 mm in size. (7.62MM) The helicopter was hit in the bottom. Systems damaged were: FLT CONTROLS. The aircraft continued and accomplished all mission objectives. Repaired in theater.

    This was a Combat incident. This was a Recon mission for Armed Recon. While Enroute this helicopter was at Level Flight at 0050 feet and 080 knots. Helicopter took 1 hits from: Small Arms/Automatic Weapons; Gun launched non-explosive ballistic projectiles less than 20 mm in size. (7.62MM). The helicopter was hit in the Passenger Cargo Section. Systems damaged were: ARMAMENT. The aircraft continued and accomplished all mission objectives. Repaired in theater.

    This was a Combat incident, for Close Air Support While in Target Area this helicopter was Attacking at 0200 feet and 065 knots. Helicopter took 2 hits from: Small Arms/Automatic Weapons; Gun launched non-explosive ballistic projectiles less than 20 mm in size. (7.62MM) The helicopter was hit in the Cockpit. Systems damaged were: PERSONNEL Casualties = 01 WIA. The aircraft continued and accomplished all mission objectives.

    Damaged.
    This was a Combat incident. This was a Recon mission for Armed Recon. While On Target this helicopter was Attacking at 0200 feet and 095 knots. Helicopter took 6 hits from: Small Arms/Automatic Weapons; Gun launched non-explosive ballistic projectiles less than 20 mm in size. (7.62MM) The helicopter was hit in the Passenger Cargo Section. Systems damaged were: PERSONNEL, MAIN ROTOR SYSTEM. Casualties = 01 WIA. The helicopter Continued Flight. The aircraft was diverted prior to accomplishing any mission objectives. Repaired in theater.

    This was a Combat incident for Close Air Support While On Target this helicopter was Attacking at 0300 feet and 080 knots. Helicopter took 1 hits from: Small Arms/Automatic Weapons; Gun launched non-explosive ballistic projectiles less than 20 mm in size. (7.62MM) The helicopter was hit in the Passenger Cargo Section. Systems damaged were: UNK The aircraft continued and accomplished all mission objectives. Repaired in theater.
