    15 April 1999

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Casa Grande Municipal Airport (CGZ) Casa Grande, AZ, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The pilot said that while approaching the airport he received weather information from the ASOS and a pilot report from a preceding airplane. The pilot report noted 90-DEGREE crosswinds with occasional gusts to 20 knots. The pilot said he touched down on runway 5 and a sudden crosswind gust raised the left wing and the airplane began veering off the runway...

    3 November 2002

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at the Chandler Municipal Airport (CHD) Chandler, AZ, United States while landing. The damage was substantial. The airplane veered off the runway and nosed over in soft ground. During landing, the airplane bounced and the pilot did not pull the elevator control stick aft far enough and the airplane bounced again. Thereafter, the pilot increased engine power in a recovery attempt and he lost directional control. The surface wind was calm at the time...
