    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number FTW67F0036: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 07:59 hours. The damage was substantial. The engine failed or malfunctioned while on a crop dusting run. Collided with trees while on final approach to land. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine. The emergency circumstances included; forced off-airport landing on land. Incident occurred at or near El Dorado, AR.

    Crashed.
    There were two minor injuries. The accident occurred at the Rusk County Airport (KRFI) Henderson, TX, United States while taking off. The damage was substantial. On SEPTEMBER5, 2020, about 1430 central daylight time, a Stearman A75N1 PT17, N373VU, was substantially damaged when it was involved in an accident near Henderson, Texas. The student pilot and 1 passenger sustained minor injuries. According to the student pilot, he was taking off from runway 35 at Rusk County Airport (RFI)...
