    Converted to a Mustang T.2 by Cavalier.

    January 1967

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the United States Army with s/n 68-15795.

    Based at Edwards AFB, CA, for flight trials and as chase plane for AH-56 program.

    Fitted with 106mm recoilless rifle for evaluating weapons value in attacking fortified ground targets.

    Withdrawn from use at Edwards.

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
