    Exported to Belgium.

    29 November 1964

    Destroyed in a crash.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. There were six fatalities. There were 48,113 hours on the airframe at the time. The domestic non scheduled passenger flight departed Leopoldville-NDjili Airport (FIH/FZAA), Congo (Democratic Republic) and was destined for Kamina Airport (KMN/FZSA), Congo (Democratic Republic). The accident occurred at Leopoldville-NDjili Airport (FIH) (Congo (Democratic Republic)) while taking off. Narrative: The DC-4 was 900 m into takeoff when the pilot had to take action to avoid an empty fuel drum on the runway...
