    Constructed as a Tiger Moth II.

    Circa 1944

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n PG685.

    It is thought that at some point during RAF service the engine was changed out, and this airframe received the engine with a data plate indicating it belonged to the airframe with c/n 86504. Eventually this identification information was used to register this airframe as 86504. See note below.

    Delivered to the Dutch East Indies.

    27 January 1948

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Koninklijke Luchtmacht / Royal Netherlands Air Force with s/n A-4.
    Served in the Dutch East Indies as glider tug.

    1960

    On behalf of the owner stored with/at DVM.

    16 January 1961

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the Koninklijke Luchtmacht / Royal Netherlands Air Force.

    Transported by ship.
    Shipped to Dutch New Guinea.

    Circa December 1962

    Abandoned when Dutch left New Guinea. late.

    4 January 1963

    Struck off Strength/Charge from the Koninklijke Luchtmacht / Royal Netherlands Air Force.

    From Unknown to 1 May 1963

    To Aero Club Biak, Neth New Guinea.
    Not registered. The club was formed by pilots from De Kroonduif.

    1 May 1963

    Those pilots were forced to leave Dutch New Guinea.

    1964

    To Major General Milton, Clark AFB, Philippines with new c/r JZ-ACB.
    The pilots sold the airframe to the Major General.

    Transported by ship.
    Moved to the USA.

    1965

    To Burdon L (Dave) Davidson, Sun Prairie, WI with new c/r N1300D.
