    18 May 1972

    Crashed.
    In northern Maine while on ferry from Dunphy, NB, to Maniwaki, Quebec. The aircraft washed out; pilot Al Woytaz was not injured, but was rescued a day later.

    Abandoned.

    March 1991

    To Rhode Island Aviation Heritage Association/Quonset Air Museum, North Kingstown RI with new c/r N7029C.

    18 September 1991

    Recovered.
    Recovered to NAS Quonset Point, RI using a CH-54 helicopter.
