    Summarized NTSB narrative from report for event ID 81708: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 07:00 hours. The damage was substantial. Collided with wires and/or poles while surveying an area. A fire broke out after impact. Incident occurred at or near Enterprise, OR.

    Crashed.
    The accident occurred at Brawley, CA, United States while cruising. The damage was substantial. The pilot visually checked the gas tank before takeoff and estimated there was about 1/4 tank of fuel. He then started the engine and hovered over to the water tanker and loaded 60 gallons of water in the spray tank in order to calibrate the number of gallons per acre the rig sprayed...

    Crashed.
    There were two minor injuries. The accident occurred at Stockton, CA, United States while cruising. The damage was substantial. The engine experienced a ttl loss of power during cruise flight at 300-400 feet above ground level. The pilot performed an autorotation into a grape vineyard which resulted in substantial damage to the helicopter. Cause of the loss of power was not determined.
