    To Air America Inc, Washington, DC with new c/r N7951C (C-45G, AF-37 (51-11480)).

    Ferry flight.
    Ferried Oakland-Honolulu-Wake-Guam-Taipei (ferried by Skyways Aircraft Ferrying Service, in company with C-45G N7950C also for Air America ).

    26 May 1966

    Involved in an incident.
    Flaps damaged by rocks on strip landing at Ban Houei Sai, Laos.

    21 December 1967

    Destroyed.
    Destroyed by sabotage while parked Can Tho, Mekong Delta, South Vietnam: thermite grenades thrown into parked aircraft at night.
