    Transferred to 64th Tactical Airlift Wing, Sewart AFB, TN.

    Transferred to 64th Tactical Airlift Wing, Little Rock AFB, AR.

    By January 1972

    Converted to an AC-130E.
    Converted to AC-130E under Project Pave Spectre and fitted with low light level television and forward-looking infrared.

    Transferred to 16th SOS, 8th TFW, Ubon Royal Thai Air Force Base, Thailand.

    1973

    Converted to an AC-130H.
    Converted to AC-130H under Project Pave Spectre II.

    Transferred to 415th SOTS, 1st SOW, Hurlburt Field, FL.
    Operated with markings: Gravedigger

    By September 1998

    Transferred to 16th SOS, 1st SOG, Hurlburt Field, FL.

    By August 2012

    Transferred to 16th SOS, 27th Special Operations Group, Cannon AFB, NM.

    To National Museum of the United States Air Force Loan Program, Wright Field, Dayton, OH.
