    Crashed.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. There were two fatalities. This was a cargo flight. The accident occurred at within Beni Department (Bolivia) while en route. Narrative: Crashed in mountainous area while flying a cargo of meat to La Paz. The wreckage was located on October 15.
