    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number CHI75FET11: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 14:10 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the Porter County Airport, Valparaiso, IN. This was a local flight from Valparaiso, IN. The engine failed or malfunctioned during the initial climb. Collided with ditches while performing a power-off autorotative landing. There was complete power loss in the failure of one engine...

    Andrew King comments (21 Feburary 2014): The deal we struck was that we would restore her in trade using it for patterns for our own ho5s. We are about 70 percent done on their restoration but work is going slow due to the other ho5s needing so much copied (all we had was a stripped damaged cab) when the usmc bird is finished it will eventually go back to Quantico, VA. But that date is not been set.
