    Notes: Curtiss C-46C Commando - CASAIR (Caribbean Air Service) leased to Ilford Riverton Airways at Winnipeg International Airport (YWG) in June 1985 Ilford Riverton leased this Curtiss from Casair during 1984 to operate cargo flights in the Canadian north

    20 May 1985

    Certificate of airworthiness for N1871C (C-46F, 22469) issued.

    After June 1985

    The aircraft landed in Mexico in 1985 with a load of contraband and was seized by the Mexican authorities and disassembled so that the plane could not be flown again.

    August 2003

    Observed Aug 2003 as N1871C on the ground in Mexico, still in livery of Caribbean Air, abandoned and disassembled.

    17 December 2014

    Civil registration, N1871C, cancelled.
