    To Aviaco Aviacion Y Comercio S. A with new c/r EC-APV (Convair 440-12 Metropolitan, 330).

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Fuerza Aerea Boliviana with s/n TAM-43.

    1990

    To CAMBA-Commercializadora Aerea Mixta Boliviana with new c/r CP-2212 (Convair CV-440, 330).

    Notes: At La Paz, Bolivia

    3 November 1993

    Destroyed in a crash.
    Summary: The airframe was written off. The cargo flight departed Santa Rosa Airport (SRB/SLSR), Bolivia. The accident occurred at near La Paz (Bolivia) while en route. Narrative: An emergency landing had to be carried after the no. 1 engine caught fire shortly after takeoff. The aircraft was destroyed by fire after landing.
