    Ferry flight.
Paul Rey comments (19 March 2023): Made its final flight from Davis-Monthan AFB, AZ non stop to Charleston AFB, SC. I had the honor to fly that flight in command. I was assigned to the 315 MAW (Assoc) as a C-141 Aircraft Commander. My civilian occupation was a Safety Inspector (pilot) with the FAA administering flight checks in the B767. Was I flight current in the Connie on 10 Jun 1985? Certainly not if you applied FAA standards. However, we convinced some kind USAF personnel that were competent to take her home.
