    S/n allocated for production administrative purposes, aircraft did not serve with US forces.

    Taken on Strength/Charge with the Royal Air Force with s/n XV306 as a Hercules C.1.

    By June 1983

    Transferred to 47 SQN, Lyneham Transport Wing, RAF Lyneham.
    Operated with markings: 306, 306
