    To Capitol Air Services, Topeka, KS with c/r N73357.

    13 June 1966

    Involved in an incident.
    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number MKC66D0586: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 10:30 hours. The airframe was destroyed. Collided with trees during the initial climb. The factors included; high obstructions on terrain and rough uneven terrain. A fire broke out after impact. Incident occurred at or near Berryton, KS.
