    Loaned to McDonnell Douglas, Edwards AFB, CA.

    From September 1973 to November 1980

    Used by the combined McDD/USAF F-15 Joint Test Force at Edwards AFB.

    January 1978

    Returned from loan to U. S. Air Force Flight Test Center (Air Force Systems Command), Edwards AFB, CA.

    November 1980

    Transferred to Chanute Technical Training Center (Air Training Command), Chanute AFB, IL.

    November 1980

    Redesignated as GF-15A.

    From March 1982 to August 1990

    Used in both the Jet Engine Training Division as well as the Fuel Specialist School.

    Circa 1990

    Placed on display.
    Thunderbird Air Park, Chanute AFB.
