    Summarized NTSB narrative from report number IAD80DA036: There were no fatalities. Incident occurred at 11:30 hours. The damage was substantial. Incident occurred at the New River Valley Airport, Dublin, VA. The flight departed from Mt. sterling, KY, with the destination Dublin, VA. Suffered a hard landing on touch down. The aircraft nosed over during the landing rollout. The factors included; unfavorable wind conditions. The sky conditions were clear. The visibility was 5 or over (unlimited)...
